These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and globet ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on globet.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the globet platform.
globet operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at globet.club ("the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference, govern the relationship between globet and every individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses the Platform.
By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; (c) you are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh; and (d) you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling. Acceptance of these Terms is a condition of use. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration on the Platform is open to individuals who are: (a) at least 18 years of age; (b) residents of or physically present in Bangladesh; and (c) not employees, directors, or agents of globet or any of its affiliated studios or payment partners.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, globet reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms. globet reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any registration detail at any time.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account username and password. globet will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials. Players must notify globet support immediately if they suspect any unauthorised use of their Account.
globet enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all Platform users. At the time of registration, or at any point thereafter at globet's discretion, Players may be required to submit KYC documentation to verify their identity and age. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.
Until KYC verification is completed, globet reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including limiting withdrawal requests. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their Accounts immediately closed, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the originating payment method where technically possible. globet cooperates with responsible gaming initiatives to prevent underage participation.
globet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is required or applied.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though globet may apply account-level limits for responsible gaming or security purposes. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider. globet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network outages.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 20 minutes during BST business hours. Processing times outside BST hours may be longer. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit. globet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held by other individuals, or unverified payment methods. Players must complete any pending KYC requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
Deposits that have already been used to place Wagers are non-refundable. Unused deposited funds may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal terms set out in Section 5.3. Refund requests arising from technical errors or Platform faults will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the globet support team.
globet maintains internal controls to detect and prevent money laundering and suspicious financial activity. Players must not use the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds of unlawful origin. globet reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account and withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious transaction patterns are identified. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of an AML review.
globet offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions detailed in the individual promotion terms. In the absence of specific promotion terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagers placed on certain game categories (as specified in individual promotion terms) may not count towards wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate. Real-money Balance is used first before Bonus Funds for all Wagers, unless stated otherwise.
Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to convert Bonus Funds, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited, their Account suspended, and any winnings derived from such activity voided. globet's decision on bonus abuse determinations is final.
globet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already legitimately claimed, provided the Player has not breached these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
Wagers are accepted and confirmed only when the Player receives an explicit on-screen confirmation from the Platform. A Wager is binding upon confirmation. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all Wager details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to submission. globet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Wager except where expressly permitted by event-specific rules.
globet reserves the right to void and refund any Wager placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — whether due to a human input mistake, technical fault, or data feed error. globet's determination of an obvious error is final. Winnings generated from obvious errors will not be paid.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window specified in the event rules, Wagers on that event will generally be voided and the stake returned. The specific settlement rules for cricket, football, baseball, and other sports are published in the Platform's sports betting rules section.
globet applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. The applicable limits are displayed at the time of Wager placement. Winnings that exceed the maximum payout limit will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated return.
Casino games available on the Platform — including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each studio's games operate according to their own published return-to-player (RTP) rates and rules, which are available within the individual game interfaces.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes in non-live casino games are independently audited to ensure statistical randomness. globet does not manipulate, influence, or intervene in game outcomes beyond what is inherent to the published RTP configuration of each title. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time from studio facilities; globet is not responsible for interruptions caused by studio-side technical issues.
Where a casino session is interrupted due to a Platform-side technical fault mid-game, the affected round will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical failure protocol. If settlement cannot be determined, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
globet reserves all rights and remedies available in law and equity against Players who engage in any of the above conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
globet may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; multi-accounting; underage access; or inability to complete KYC verification to globet's satisfaction.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Balance will be held securely and released to the Player if the investigation concludes without adverse findings. Where an Account is terminated for cause, globet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Balance subject to the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting globet support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from globet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, globet shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (c) interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside globet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
globet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits globet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by globet's own negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. globet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
globet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at globet.club/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
globet will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting globet support.
globet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address, with reasonable notice prior to the effective date. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may voluntarily close their Account as set out in Section 10.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with globet support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
